Call for Speakers
We are looking for speakers for the upcoming OpenStack Days Poland 2018 event to be held 11th – 12th June 2018 in Krakow.Held annually, OpenStack Days Poland now attracts up to 300 participants and is the only dedicated OpenStack event in Poland fully endorsed by the OpenStack Foundation.
This year’s edition is a two-day event covering everything Open Infrastructure. Content includes keynotes, business and technical presentations and hands-on workshops. Expect to hear about the intersection of many open source infrastructure projects, including Ansible, Ceph, Kata Containers, Kubernetes, ONAP, OpenStack and more.
We hope that an open call for speakers will contribute to the overall depth and variety of the program.
In particular, we are looking for speeches in the subject of:
- OpenStack implementation case studies
- Container (Kubernetes, Kata Containers, OpenStack & Container, etc.)
- Edge Computing, NFV
- Hyper-Converged Infrastructure (HCI)
- AI/Deep Learning, High-Performance Computing (HPC), GPU Technology
- DevOps, Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD), PaaS (Cloud Foundry, Serverless, FaaS, Ansible, Kong, etc.)
Conditions:
Speaker application should contain:
- speaker bio note containing especially information about the experience in the subject of the lecture,
- title of lecture or workshop,
- lecture/workshop abstract/synopsis,
- speaker photo with bio note which would be published on the conference website (if it is different from this from 1st point)
45 min presentation time slots on the business and technical tracks which will be available either 11th and 12th June.
90 min hands-on time slots on the workshops track which will be available on the afternoon 11th June.
Speakers will be provided with complimentary registration.
Sales pitches will not be accepted.
